A conversation is one written exchange between a user and a bot, or a user and a Live Chat admin. We will close a conversation if after 24 hours a user or a bot does not receive a message. If a user writes to bot again after 24 hours, a new conversation will start. See all information about conversations in use under the Billing tab.
If you are unhappy with Chatfuel for any reason, we provide a 30-day refund for all our paid plans. Find more details in our Terms of Use.
Yes, you can cancel your paid plan any time. The only exception being customers who we agreed on custom Chatfuel pricing with individual terms.
